The Corporate Finance organization at Molex is seeking a Sr. Manager - Compliance & Controls. This is a strategic role focused on building strong partnerships across the business, providing confidence in financial and operating results, and ensuring that control objectives align with business objectives. The primary responsibility of this position is to develop a robust, accurate, and profitable control environment, ensuring that key risks are addressed and monitored. A risk-based approach will be utilized to prioritize resources and efforts to achieve a strong control environment. Success in this role requires a thorough understanding of existing processes and proactive collaboration with multiple internal and external stakeholders within Molex and other Koch companies to develop an optimal operating model. This may involve occasional travel, estimated at about 5%. The ideal candidate will possess accounting and internal control experience, a comprehensive understanding of how controls fit into the broader finance landscape, and the ability to analyze data, create a point of view, and communicate ideas effectively. The role is based in Lisle, IL at the Corporate HQ, but it can also be performed remotely within the United States. The Sr. Manager will supervise the Sr. Accountant and lead the internal control environment, frameworks, and policies to drive favorable economic outcomes. Responsibilities include leading the SAP GRC risk and process control environment, reviewing impactful controls, remediating SoD violations, and creating mitigating controls. The manager will also oversee the Quarterly Management Representation Letter process, perform business process reviews, conduct periodic risk assessments, and serve as the Molex Subject Matter Expert (SME) on internal controls, risk, and governance guidance. Additionally, the role involves project-based responsibilities, including systems integrations and finance leadership in various initiatives. The Sr. Manager will represent Molex in Koch and Molex-wide committees and function as the end-to-end Process Change Leader to set vision and drive strategic direction, focusing on transformation, standardization, automation, process excellence, and continuous improvement.
