Seeking an experienced accounting leader who will be responsible for teams managing the North America (NAM) general ledger, global close and consolidation, managerial reporting, and related SOX compliance in accordance with U.S. GAAP policies and procedures. This role oversees the accurate compilation, analysis, and reporting of accounting data; designs and leads the implementation of operational procedures and processes that meet audit standards and improve efficiency; and supports objectives of senior management. The Sr. Manager actively participates in annual audits and special projects and works with external consultants and/or auditors to provide required information and ensure proper recordkeeping for historical purposes. Success includes selection, oversight, development, and evaluation of personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the team.
