About the position

The Sr. Manager of Brand Marketing at Red Bull North America is responsible for leading regional brand marketing initiatives aimed at attracting new consumers, enhancing product usage among existing customers, and fostering brand loyalty. This role emphasizes the importance of localizing the global brand through the development of beverage marketing plans based on consumer insights, while also mentoring a team of Brand Marketing Managers to ensure effective execution of these strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Lead regional brand marketing efforts to attract new consumers and increase product usage.
  • Develop beverage marketing plans informed by consumer insights.
  • Coach and mentor teams of Brand Marketing Managers for outstanding execution.
  • Manage budgets and implement both traditional and non-traditional brand marketing strategies.
  • Strengthen brand love and loyalty among current consumers.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of brand marketing experience.
  • Experience in consumer marketing and retail activation.
  • Knowledge of digital and social media.
  • Experience curating and implementing strategies in local markets.
  • Experience managing successful teams and growing talent.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Fluency in English; additional language skills are an advantage.
