About the position

The Senior Manager, Brand Marketing at McCormick will be responsible for implementing brand strategy and managing the development and activation of fully integrated marketing campaigns for condiment brands in North America. This role involves leading the execution of marketing plans to reach target audiences and drive brand awareness, consideration, and advocacy, while collaborating with cross-functional teams and external agencies.

Responsibilities

  • Implement brand strategy and manage the development of integrated marketing campaigns for condiment brands.
  • Lead the execution of marketing plans to reach specific target audiences and drive brand awareness.
  • Work with external agencies and internal teams to develop new brand campaigns that align with business objectives.
  • Ensure timely and budget-compliant delivery of brand projects while maintaining brand standards.
  • Collaborate with media, social, public relations, and digital teams to execute marketing campaigns across all consumer touchpoints.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or relevant field.
  • MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 7 years' experience in marketing or a closely related field.
  • Demonstrated experience in integrated marketing campaigns for large consumer brands.
  • Experience managing agency partners and executing campaigns that align with brand identity.
  • Strong understanding of modern marketing channels and consumer package goods industry.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and lead cross-functional teams.
