About the position

The Senior Manager of Brand Marketing at HanesBrands is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies aimed at enhancing brand awareness, driving customer engagement, and increasing market share. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the innerwear market and a proven track record in successful brand management.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement brand marketing strategies that align with company goals and objectives.
  • Lead the creation and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, print, and in-store.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to understand customer insights, competitive landscape, and industry trends.
  • Define the brand's positioning, key messages, and value propositions to differentiate the organization from competitors.
  • Develop brand guidelines and ensure consistent application across all touchpoints and marketing channels.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing touchpoints and communications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop integrated marketing campaigns across various channels.
  • Monitor and analyze brand campaign performance, conduct post-campaign evaluation, and provide recommendations for optimization and future campaigns.
  • Collaborate with design teams and agencies to create visually appealing and impactful brand assets.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure brand performance and impact.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or a related field.
  • 7+ years relevant work experience in a related field.
  • 4+ years relevant experience may be substituted for the Bachelor's degree.
  • Proven experience in brand marketing, with a track record of successful marketing campaigns and strategies.
  • Experience in market research, customer insights, and competitive analysis.
  • Proven experience in managing and growing a brand.
  • Experience in developing and managing brand campaigns across various marketing channels.
  • Proven experience in the innerwear or fashion industry is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Ability to think creatively and strategically.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.

Nice-to-haves

  • Master's degree in Marketing, Business or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in a supervisory role.
