The BSA (Business Systems Analyst) position focuses on Risk and Compliance within Cloud Security and ERP systems. The role requires a hybrid work model, necessitating onsite presence in Wilmington, MA for 1-2 days a week. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in deploying security and compliance solutions, particularly with Oracle's Risk Management Cloud (RMC). The position demands a balance of technical and functional expertise, along with strong communication skills for vendor management and documentation upkeep.
Responsibilities
- Deploy security and compliance solutions, specifically Oracle's Risk Management Cloud (RMC).
- Conduct internal audits and define controls.
- Build controls and profiles in the cloud environment.
- Hands-on configuration of RMC, ensuring direct experience rather than just high-level exposure.
- Manage communication with vendors effectively.
- Maintain and document requirements continuously.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in Cloud ERP Security & Compliance.
- Direct experience configuring Oracle's Risk Management Cloud (RMC).
- Experience in internal audits and control definitions.
- A blend of technical and functional expertise (techno-functional).
Nice-to-haves
- Knowledge of HCM (Human Capital Management) is preferred but not critical.
- Experience with on-premise GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) is a nice to have.
