About the position

The Sr Manager, Business Analysis at T-Mobile leads teams that provide critical insights to support strategic and operational decision-making across the organization. This role is responsible for cultivating a culture of analytical excellence and continuous improvement, while delivering impactful analyses and reporting. The Sr Manager will build strong relationships with various teams, influence leadership, and ensure that the team's work aligns with corporate goals.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a key point of contact in providing data and reporting solutions to drive enterprise results, including reports, dashboards, visuals, and self-service environments.
• Define product feature and campaign success metrics and benchmarks.
• Utilize analytical and modeling capability to enhance decision making across a range of options and present findings and recommendations for prioritization of resources to all levels of the organization.
• Interact with various teams across T-Mobile to provide insights, analysis, and recommendations that deliver data-driven, optimized experiences.
• Act as liaison and provide leadership for team and area of responsibility.
• Manage a team of analytics professionals, including delegation, coaching, performance management, and prioritization of work against tight deadlines.
• Construct executive-level presentations and present complex analytical findings in a clear, concise, and decision-impacting manner.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Data analysis, data science, decision science, or similar quantitative fields or equivalent practical experience.
• 4-7 years of analytics experience solving analytical problems using quantitative approaches.
• 4-7 years of experience in reporting and analyzing performance & data visualization (Tableau, Power BI, etc.).
• Advanced analytics experience, including SQL analysis of complex datasets, competitive analysis, quantitative analysis & research.
• 2-4 years of experience managing a team of finance or analytics professionals.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with machine learning and business intelligence/reporting software.
• Strong communication skills to effectively present complex data to non-technical stakeholders.
