About the position

Responsible for all our Go-to-Market Communications processes across both paid and owned communications, and ensuring the process is streamlined and efficient across all areas of marketing and commercial organization. Must drive all processes to completion in a timely and effective manner. Solution-oriented leader who can collaborate and influence, providing an independent 3rd party perspective. Due to the nature of this role, you would be required to work from our Dallas, TX Headquarters facility during business hours.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain overarching responsibility of ensuring all campaign timelines are met and campaigns are launched on time and without error
  • Guide team to ensure work is prioritized appropriately and ensure project scope is defined and aligned to by all appropriate parties
  • Identify and anticipate risks to remove issues and clear roadblocks for the Campaign Project Management team
  • Innovate best practice improvements within the process and tools, including responsibility for Root Cause Analysis and advising on solutions
  • Account for capacity for all teams across both our Paid and Direct Marketing Processes and responsible for ensuring strong coordination and communication across teams including agency partners
  • Own Marketing Root Cause Analyses and ensuring results are shared with Sr. leaders in Marketing
  • Collaborate with agency partners for timelines and deliverables
  • Synthesize project needs or pivots to consider impacts across all functional areas and campaigns, to make trade-offs when necessary
  • May perform other job duties as directed by Employee's Leaders

Requirements

  • Required: High School Diploma or GED
  • Demonstrated experience in directly or indirectly leading team(s)
  • Expert level experience, expansive and far-reaching knowledge in Project Management, Campaign Management, Continuous Improvement, and Creative Production
