This role is ideal for someone who has led global transformation efforts in large, matrixed organizations and has experience in supply chain-related transformation efforts. The Sr. Manager, Change Management, will be responsible for managing a portfolio of Change programs for Supply Chain within the Enterprise. This role will oversee the progress of low to medium complexity change programs, maintain alignment and integration with key stakeholders, drive change intake discussions, and contribute to the development of change capabilities. The Change Partner can also be deployed to change programs within their alignment. This position reports to the Sr. Director - Change COE Lead within the Global People function.
