About the position

The Sr Manager, Client Marketing Retirement (Acquisition) role is focused on executing strategic marketing initiatives aimed at acquiring, developing, and retaining clients in the financial services sector. This position collaborates with marketing and distribution teams to deliver high-quality leads through various marketing channels, including digital and traditional methods. The role requires strong project management skills and the ability to build relationships with sales and business partners to optimize marketing efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Marketing director to develop activation plans, execute, and optimize marketing assets to distribution partners regarding acquiring new clients.
  • Assist in the execution of Go-To-Market plan deliverables, including defining requirements, coordinating timelines, removing roadblocks, managing compliance and legal review processes, and facilitating the hand-off between teams for execution.
  • Establish and maintain strong working relationships and collaboration with sales organization and business partners.
  • Contribute to journey mapping for their respective audience segmentation, identifying gaps, pain points, positive experiences, and opportunities for future state needs.
  • Assist with campaign execution in partnership with functional marketing team members.
  • Understand departmental measurements and KPIs based on overall business goals.
  • Provide tactical and custom marketing support aligned with Client marketing support model in partnership with functional areas of marketing.
  • Develop and maintain internal SharePoint site for client facing teams.
  • Collaborate with business partners to ensure marketing collateral is activated to distribution partners.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of marketing experience in financial services or related industry
  • Strong proficiency of traditional and digital platforms, Salesforce, Seismic, and Workfront
  • Experience managing projects/processes
  • Analytical and decision-making skills to identify and prioritize critical issues
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills
  • Organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and able to pivot priorities should leadership priorities change.
