About the position

The Client Marketing role is focused on executing strategic initiatives in collaboration with Marketing and Distribution teams to acquire, develop, and retain clients. This position utilizes both traditional and dynamic marketing methods, including client segmentation and digital marketing, to deliver high-quality leads to the sales organization.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Marketing director to develop activation plans and execute acquisition efforts.
  • Assist in the execution of Go-To-Market plan deliverables, including defining requirements, coordinating timelines, removing roadblocks, managing compliance and legal review processes, and facilitating the hand-off between teams for execution.
  • Establish and maintain strong working relationships and collaboration with sales organization and business partners.
  • Contribute to journey mapping for their respective audience segmentation, identifying gaps, pain points, positive experiences, and opportunities for future state needs.
  • Assist with campaign execution in partnership with functional marketing team members.
  • Understand departmental measurements and KPIs based on overall business goals.
  • Provide tactical and custom marketing support aligned with Client marketing support model in partnership with functional areas of marketing.
  • Develop and maintain internal SharePoint site for client facing teams.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of marketing experience in financial services or related industry.
  • Strong proficiency of traditional and digital platforms, Salesforce, Seismic, and Workfront.
  • Experience managing projects/processes.
  • Analytical and decision-making skills to identify and prioritize critical issues.
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills.
  • Organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and able to pivot priorities should leadership priorities change.
