About the position

The Sr Manager, Client Marketing - Retirement (Engagement) role is focused on executing strategic marketing initiatives to acquire, develop, and retain clients in the financial services sector. This position collaborates with marketing and distribution teams to implement campaigns that generate high-quality leads for the sales organization, utilizing both traditional and digital marketing methods.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Marketing director to develop activation plans and execute acquisition efforts.
  • Assist in the execution of Go-To-Market plan deliverables, including defining requirements, coordinating timelines, and managing compliance and legal review processes.
  • Establish and maintain strong working relationships and collaboration with the sales organization and business partners.
  • Contribute to journey mapping for audience segmentation, identifying gaps, pain points, and opportunities for future state needs.
  • Assist with campaign execution in partnership with functional marketing team members.
  • Understand departmental measurements and KPIs based on overall business goals.
  • Provide tactical and custom marketing support aligned with the Client marketing support model in partnership with functional areas of marketing.
  • Develop and maintain internal SharePoint site for client-facing teams.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of marketing experience in financial services or related industry.
  • Strong proficiency in traditional and digital platforms, Salesforce, Seismic, and Workfront.
  • Experience managing projects/processes.
  • Analytical and decision-making skills to identify and prioritize critical issues.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
