About the position

This mission-critical role, under the general direction of the Director of IT Service Management, plans, organizes, and manages the daily operations of the desktop support team within a clinical and hospital environment.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure that all desktop support activities are aligned with the hospital's and/or clinic's policies and procedures
  • Communicate effectively with senior leadership, other departments, and partners while maintaining confidentiality
  • Plan, organize, and manage the daily operations of the desktop support team
  • Self-motivate and demonstrate creativity in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
