About the position

The Sr Manager, Commercial Marketing for Fiber Acquisition at T-Mobile is a leadership role responsible for driving new customer acquisition for Fiber Internet services. This position entails full ownership of pricing and promotional strategies, segment identification, value proposition development, and performance management across various consumer segments. The role requires a strong financial acumen and the ability to present to C-Suite executives, with a focus on achieving customer targets and managing a multi-billion-dollar portfolio.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the New Customer Acquisition function for Fiber at T-Mobile.
  • Manage pricing and promotional decisions for Fiber services.
  • Identify and select customer segments for targeted marketing efforts.
  • Define value propositions and manage performance across postpaid and prepaid segments.
  • Conduct quarterly and annual planning against customer targets and load mix.
  • Develop contingencies to ensure delivery of quarterly and annual customer targets.
  • Analyze competitive landscape and business performance to identify growth opportunities.
  • Track offer and portfolio business performance, including market investment budgets.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to develop and execute acquisition strategies.
  • Mentor and develop team members with a focus on growth and career development.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of progressive experience in commercial functions such as Pricing, FP&A, or Corporate Strategy.
  • 2+ years of experience managing teams of 4 or more.
  • Strong communication skills with experience presenting to C-Level executives.
  • Ability to analyze customer and industry data to drive business performance.
  • Knowledge of financial drivers and experience managing ROI objectives.
  • Proven ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in the Residential Broadband Category (Fiber, MSO, ILEC, etc.).
  • Strong analytical skills to synthesize product use data for decision-making.
