Requirements

  • Willingness to work in an agile, hands-on capacity as a partner to marketers.
  • Passion for storytelling, message hierarchy development, and consumer experience mapping.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience managing agency relationships in a global context.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful content strategies.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

  • Define and implement the 'Kenvue Way' of building Mental Availability through creative and content with consumers and healthcare professionals (HCPs) across channels.
  • Embed models and frameworks to drive consistency of communications and enhance global brand recognition and local relevance.
  • Collaborate with brand leads to build frameworks, roadmaps, and prioritization strategies to exceed content excellence baselines.
  • Define and implement content effectiveness scoring and evaluation processes to improve measurable performance.
  • Lead test and learn programs, scorecard creation, and tracking across varied markets/brands; share and scale best-in-class assets in the Digital Asset Management system.
  • Guide a business segment as a subject matter expert in end-to-end content development and production.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline ideation, modular production, transcreation, and distribution across platforms.
  • Provide direction and guidance to brands and agency partners on creative briefs and requirements, ensuring organized and measurable content.
  • Contribute to the process for transcreation and localization of content across regions and languages.
  • Stay updated on behavioral and communication science, industry trends, and emerging technologies.
