About The Position
The Vice President, Sr. Manager Contract Management is responsible for managing the contract management team and associated processes. This position has primary responsibilities for managing the execution of the contracting process, working in collaboration with business stakeholders to negotiate and finalize third-party supplier agreements. This position is the Product Manager for the new enterprise contract lifecycle management system and will be responsible for business process administration and maintaining contract templates, clause library, compliance, and key legal obligations in the system.
