About the position

CVS Health is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, and execution of innovative digital products aimed at enhancing the healthcare experience for members. This role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to create solutions that align with the company's mission of delivering superior healthcare experiences while lowering costs and improving health outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Define and articulate the vision, strategy, and roadmap for digital health insurance products.
• Align product goals with organizational objectives and customer needs.
• Work closely with architecture, design, content, engineering, legal, compliance, and analytics teams to develop and launch high-quality digital products.
• Advocate for user needs by integrating customer feedback, usability testing, and market research into product development.
• Analyze performance metrics and user data to inform product decisions and optimize features.
• Communicate product vision and updates to stakeholders, including executive leadership.
• Guide teams to resolve business, design, and engineering problems efficiently.
• Lead agile epic and feature development processes, including PI planning and backlog management.
• Stay informed about industry trends and leverage insights for innovation.

Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience, preferably in healthcare or digital products.
• Proven track record of launching successful digital solutions.
• Strong understanding of product management principles and methodologies.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and user research methods.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders.
• Strong project management skills with a focus on delivering results.
• A genuine interest in improving healthcare access and outcomes through technology.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience incorporating artificial intelligence, machine learning, and large language models into digital products.
• Experience creating consumer-facing digital products for iOS, Android, and web.
