In this role, you will support the development of the digital managed investing capabilities by participating in the creation of a product roadmap for delivering a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) experience and beyond. The team is responsible for envisioning the future and building the near-term roadmap for the Managed Investing Experience to serve High Net Worth Clients. You will support all aspects required to bring new digital capabilities to clients, including the definition, creation, development, and implementation of the solutions. Additionally, you will serve HNW clients with compelling capabilities that improve client outcomes and collaborate with technology, design, marketing, and others in delivering value to our clients.

Responsibilities

• Support the development of the digital managed investing capabilities by participating in the creation of a product roadmap for delivering an MVP experience and beyond.
• Envision the future and build the near-term roadmap for the Managed Investing Experience to serve High Net Worth Clients.
• Support all aspects required to bring new digital capabilities to clients, including the definition, creation, development, and implementation of the solutions.
• Serve High Net Worth clients with compelling capabilities that improve client outcomes.
• Collaborate with technology, design, marketing, and others in delivering value to our clients.
• Define and prioritize the product backlog to deliver on business vision and priorities, ensuring the team knows with accurate detail what they are expected to build.
• Champion Agile methodologies, participating in product owner roles in daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning sessions, backlog prioritization, user story preparation, and demos.
• Balance speed to market with long-term vision.
• Work cross-functionally with technical, product, design, business, and compliance counterparts to define product release requirements and investigate production issues as they arise.
• Execute the development process with technical teams and internal partners from beginning to end, including writing business requirements, use cases, user stories, and conducting user acceptance testing.

Requirements

• Experience working closely with stakeholder teams to understand needs and deliver on the vision and goals for High Net Worth clients.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, organizing activities with team members to achieve success.
• Experience in defining and prioritizing the product backlog to deliver on business vision and priorities.
• Strong understanding of customer-driven design across user pain points, market needs, and usability test results.
• Experience championing Agile methodologies and participating in product owner roles in daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning sessions, backlog prioritization, user story preparation, and demos.
• Experience with Schwab processes and systems.
• Ability to think horizontally to deliver an exceptional experience for clients across channels.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in the finance industry or with digital product management.
