About the position

The Digital Retail Senior Manager leads the brand Digital Retail team at Arby's, focusing on defining and executing the Digital Guest Experience strategic plan. This role is crucial in enhancing customer engagement and satisfaction through optimized digital experiences across various platforms. The manager will collaborate with multiple teams to implement new digital initiatives and support national campaign goals, ultimately driving growth in the digital business.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the Arby's Digital Retail team and set digital retail priorities.
  • Collaborate to develop the annual offer calendar for Ecomm with customer marketing and brand partners.
  • Translate brand strategy into digital retail initiatives, including forecasting promotion performance and supply impact.
  • Execute the digital strategy and implementation plan through collaboration with Marketing, Engineering, Product, Customer Support, and Operations.
  • Leverage digital performance insights to understand technology trends and consumer shopping behaviors.
  • Investigate performance changes to identify product improvements or strategy shifts.
  • Translate identified opportunities into customer and operator journeys.
  • Partner with Product, Technology Operations, and third-party vendors to implement new digital products.
  • Develop KPIs for new features and partner with Product and Analytics teams for measurement.
  • Synthesize reporting on product features to recommend new iterations.
  • Socialize performance data from new feature releases to build awareness across stakeholders.
  • Stay current with digital best practices, strategies, competition, and industry standards.

Requirements

  • Minimum 4-year degree in business, economics, finance, engineering, marketing, or relevant field, or equivalent experience.
  • 7+ years' experience in e-commerce or digital marketing, focusing on business planning, strategy, and operations.

  • Excellent project management skills overseeing complex digital projects.
  • Experience with e-commerce businesses and modern technologies including digital content management and product management tools.
  • Strong technical background with experience working closely with engineering, product, and operations teams.
  • Extreme attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-through; loves process and organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects across groups, including UX design, development, and QA.
  • Experience in requirements gathering and consumer journey mapping.
  • Experience with Agile Development Methodologies, Excel, and Google Analytics.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interaction with leadership and vendors.
