About the position

The Sr. Manager, Digital Strategy & Experience will lead the Digital Strategy & Experience function within Micron's Integrated Marketing team. This role focuses on driving digital strategy, optimizing online customer experiences, and managing the marketing technology roadmap to enhance e-commerce performance. The position requires strong leadership skills and the ability to collaborate across various functions to achieve business and technology goals.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the vision and strategy for marketing technology and e-commerce in the commercial channel.
  • Ensure all sites are optimized for Core Web Vitals and incorporate customer feedback as appropriate.
  • Lead all aspects of the marketing technology roadmap, ensuring detailed cross-functional requirements gathering.
  • Improve customer experience on the e-commerce platform by following the latest trends and removing barriers to boost revenue.
  • Provide direction, management, and development opportunities to a team of professionals in web strategy and digital experience.
  • Act as the primary point of contact in the US for all marketing technology third-party relationships.
  • Accountable for the budget worldwide, optimizing spend for maximum return.
  • Champion connections between different teams, translating sophisticated ideas to align business and technology goals.
  • Apply analytics and perform market and competitive intelligence research to assist partner understanding options and opportunities.

Requirements

  • A decade of leading strong technology and e-commerce focused teams at a senior level.
  • BS degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent experience.
  • Advanced level knowledge of web and e-commerce platforms.
  • Expert knowledge of Adobe Commerce, Adobe Analytics, Test and Target, and Adobe Experience Manager.
  • Knowledgeable in HTML, XHTML, CSS design, cross-browser compatibility, and JavaScript.
  • In-depth understanding of SEO standard methodologies.
  • Experience with website accessibility, such as WCAG standards.
  • Experience with online privacy directives such as CCPA and GDPR.
  • Ability to troubleshoot website issues in a fast-paced environment.
  • Data-driven, analytical, and possessing outstanding problem-solving skills.
  • High level of attention to detail, with a proven track record of coordinating multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Highly effective communication, presentation, and influencing skills with senior management.
