Grubhub is seeking a Senior Manager to lead our Driver Marketing team, a pivotal role in shaping and growing our Driver Marketing function. This position is essential for identifying and executing strategies that align with our service, profitability, and growth goals. As a Senior Manager, you will not only lead a team but also contribute as an individual, guiding channel owners to develop and implement a cohesive marketing strategy that supports the entire Driver lifecycle. In this role, you will be responsible for building and executing the Driver marketing strategy from acquisition through activation, engagement, and retention. You will lead and inspire a team of high-performing individuals while managing your own projects, establishing clear goals, executing with excellence, and ensuring accountability for results. Collaboration is key, as you will work closely with Logistics leadership to align on shared objectives and set aggressive targets, forecasting the necessary budget to achieve them. Your responsibilities will include conducting ongoing analysis of campaign performance and team progress, reporting results on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis. You will oversee the driver acquisition strategy, optimizing for cost and targeting precision, and manage a holistic Driver communication strategy to enhance engagement and retention. Additionally, you will develop go-to-market plans for Driver product and feature releases, leveraging insights from various data sources to refine your approach continually. Partnering with cross-departmental subject matter experts will be crucial to ensure the successful development and delivery of campaigns across the driver lifecycle. A strong analytical background is essential, as you will be expected to develop data-driven solutions using tools like Tableau and Google Analytics. Fostering a culture of learning and high performance within your team will also be a significant aspect of your role.
