As a Sr Manager, Chief of Staff (CoS), you'll join the Chief of Staff team within Enterprise Consumer Product (ECP). ECP's mission is to deliver transformative customer experiences, and the user-centric platforms that enable them, to empower Capital One customers on their financial journeys and beyond. In this role, you will support ECP senior leadership, contributing to organizational excellence, helping drive associate engagement and delivering flawlessly executed processes that improve business efficiency. You will be a thought leader, collaborating with teams and driving results that have a direct impact on ECP's overall success. This work is high-visibility and high-impact, reporting directly into the Sr. Director, Chief of Staff, and supporting a Senior Vice President's leadership team. We are looking for a passionate and seasoned team member who loves diving into ambiguous and challenging problems. You will need to be highly organized and emotionally intelligent to work with our leadership team to frame up strategic proposals, keep a pulse on team health, morale and engagement, design and execute key projects, and lead business priorities and activities. The ideal candidate can connect the dots between good process and great results, effectively influence others to achieve organizational goals, and facilitate a vocal leadership team toward purposeful outcomes.
