About the position

As a Senior Manager of Enterprise Client Experience at Spectrum Enterprise, you will lead a team of talented Pega developers to build and implement an enterprise-wide application aimed at fulfilling customer service delivery requests. This role focuses on ensuring a high-quality experience for clients by collaborating with various business stakeholders and managing a team of communication professionals. You will also be responsible for creating internal campaigns, establishing strategic plans for client communications, and fostering a client-centric culture within the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of developers to implement an enterprise-wide application for customer service delivery requests.
  • Create and implement internal campaigns to provide insights into client experience and perceptions.
  • Establish and maintain a strategic plan for external client communications to drive loyalty, satisfaction, and retention.
  • Partner with Marketing and Branding teams to ensure consistency in brand messaging.
  • Develop training and communications that promote a client-centric culture.
  • Provide feedback on client issues to support process implementation.

Requirements

  • Five or more years of client experience, client retention, or loyalty marketing.
  • Seven or more years of marketing communications experience.
  • Experience leading the development of effective marketing communications content and tactics.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or equivalent experience.
  • Knowledge of marketing best practices, trends, and techniques.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong copywriting, editing, communication, organizational, analytical, budgeting, and English communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to develop and execute effective marketing campaigns while managing a team.

Nice-to-haves

  • Current or previous experience working with PEGA Platform 8.X
  • Five or more years as a senior developer.
