About the position

As the Senior Manager of Enterprise Marketing at Grubhub, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth and advancing the company's top brands. This position involves overseeing a team responsible for managing the annual marketing calendar, external marketing relationships, consumer-facing offer operations, and the launch of new Enterprise partners. You will collaborate cross-functionally with various teams and engage regularly with senior leadership, making a significant impact on Grubhub's enterprise marketing strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of seven, fostering career development and driving individual success while achieving team results.
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction by addressing concerns and maintaining a positive client experience.
  • Lead and execute high-level projects across the organization, managing multiple direct reports and aligning with enterprise-specific initiatives.
  • Develop and implement yearly plans, leveraging past learnings to drive scalable growth for Grubhub.
  • Deliver results in an ambiguous environment with a proactive, self-starting approach to problem-solving.
  • Communicate effectively at all levels, including VP and executive leadership, through compelling presentations and written reports.
  • Use data to adjust team strategy, goals, and tactics, while identifying potential risks for each initiative.
  • Oversee the execution of consumer-facing Enterprise brand promotions, ensuring accurate setup and guiding related product improvements to streamline the workstream.

Requirements

  • 8-10 years of marketing experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role managing a team.
  • Demonstrated success in managing marketing strategies across multiple business areas, particularly in growth marketing or partnerships.
  • Proven ability to achieve results in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills, with experience presenting to VP and executive leadership.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills, capable of handling multiple projects at once.
  • Proficiency in performance analysis, using data to set goals, measure success, and inform strategy.
  • Experience in managing senior-level external partnerships (e.g., multi-million dollar marketing partnerships).
  • Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
