About the position

The Sr. Manager of Experiential Marketing will be responsible for creating unique and impactful experiences within the music industry. This role involves collaborating with various teams to drive marketing strategies and deliver experiential activations that enhance brand awareness and connect with artists and audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Work cross-functionally with global marketing, brand, social, media, and music teams to craft and execute scalable campaigns.
  • Manage high-touch experiential projects end-to-end, working with artists, creators, and stakeholders to ensure impactful activations.
  • Oversee budgets, timelines, and workflows, ensuring clear communication with partners and senior leadership.
  • Build and maintain partnerships with top-tier vendors, agencies, and event organizers.

Requirements

  • 8+ years in experiential marketing, event management, or integrated marketing, with a history of delivering innovative, high-impact campaigns.
  • Expertise in the end-to-end experiential process, especially within a matrixed organization.
  • Skilled collaborator, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
