About the position
The Senior Manager, Fulfillment & Production at Fidelity Institutional Marketing and Communications is responsible for driving operational excellence and managing sophisticated processes within the team. This role emphasizes collaboration, project management, and continuous improvement to enhance team performance and ensure high-quality standards in fulfillment and production operations.
Responsibilities
- Drive team performance in managing daily operations.
- Coordinate and oversee team projects, ensuring timely and efficient completion.
- Maintain version control and content management systems, continuously improving processes and ensuring seamless operations.
- Champion collaborative partnerships with internal and external business partners, ensuring high-quality standards and timely resolution of any issues.
- Facilitate direct mailings and statement communication with vendors, ensuring quality and service level agreements are met.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with intermediate Excel skills being a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey ideas and collaborate with team members.
- Outstanding organizational, project management, and time management abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Demonstrated leadership within collaborative teams, driving successful project outcomes and encouraging a positive team environment.
- Proficiency in content management systems and sales enablement tools.
