About the position

The Senior Manager, Hot Wheels Global Brand Marketing will oversee a segment of the Hot Wheels business, focusing on new product development, pricing, packaging, and marketing materials. This role is pivotal in executing global brand strategies and managing financial targets while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative products that resonate with consumers of all ages.

Responsibilities

  • Develop overarching segment strategies for the global strategic plan through market analysis and stakeholder input.
  • Lead the day-to-day line development for assigned brand segments with cross-functional teams and manage to key milestones while meeting margin and line rationalization targets.
  • Manage financial targets, segment forecasts, and P&L related to assigned segment(s).
  • Strategically develop global brand-building activities and marketing tools, including product advertising and content development with internal and external groups.
  • Collaborate with key subsidiaries to incorporate global market needs and feedback into line development.

Requirements

  • Minimum 8+ years (6+ years with MBA) experience in consumer or brand marketing.
  • Prior leadership experience in marketing/brand management including managing multi-disciplinary cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrated strategic planning skills.
  • Prior product development experience required.
  • Proven analytical and conceptual skills.
  • Excellent written/verbal, time management, and quantitative/analytical skills.
  • Experience managing direct reports.
