About the position

The Sr. Manager of Global Brand Marketing at Coach is responsible for leading comprehensive global marketing campaigns from strategy development to creative execution. This role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams and local leaders to ensure successful campaign launches, leveraging consumer insights to drive impactful marketing strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end global marketing campaigns, from strategy development to creative asset execution.
  • Develop strategic recommendations for the Spring/Summer season based on consumer insights.
  • Create briefs for internal and external partners to guide campaign development.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (product, visual experience, data analytics) and external partners (creative agencies, media partners) to develop campaigns.
  • Drive a test and learn agenda to evaluate creative ideas and campaign effectiveness.
  • Work closely with regional and local marketing teams to ensure campaigns resonate globally.
  • Act as a brand guardian to ensure all marketing campaigns align with Coach's brand purpose.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in brand marketing and integrated marketing planning.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to changing deadlines.
  • Self-starter with the ability to operate in ambiguous situations.
  • Curiosity and resourcefulness to proactively identify and resolve issues.
  • Bias toward action and ability to work independently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft programs.
  • Proven track record of creating integrated campaigns and driving business results.
  • Thought leadership in innovation, customer experience, and content integration.
