About The Position
The Global HRIS Sr. Manager is a pivotal leader within the HR Technology space, responsible for guiding the HRIS team and shaping the Workday strategy and roadmap. This role emphasizes team leadership and cross-functional collaboration, partnering closely with leaders across various functions to drive transformative improvements in SEI's HR Technology functions. The HRIS Sr. Manager combines global team leadership with high-visibility business engagement, maintaining a hands-on understanding of the technology and business processes being transformed. By working collaboratively with global HR and HRIS teams and stakeholders, the HRIS Sr. Manager clearly defines priorities, builds product roadmaps, and leads the team to deliver transformative improvements while continually delivering business value. The ideal candidate will excel in a dynamic environment, support hands-on team and cross-functional leadership, and skillfully navigate a diverse mix of leaders and partners across the enterprise.
