The Marketing Technology team at DoorDash is dedicated to providing top-tier tools, data, and processes that empower various teams to effectively acquire new customers, enhance retention, and expand new business lines across diverse audiences, including Consumers, Dashers, and Merchants. Our mission is to enable teams to deliver personalized, engaging, and relevant content across all owned and paid channels. We are responsible for shaping the Marketing Technology vision and strategy, collaborating closely with Product, Engineering, Data Science, and Analytics teams to translate Marketing's technology needs into measurable business outcomes. In this role, we are seeking a highly technical marketer who will define and lead the marketing vision and roadmap for our Marketing Platforms. This position will oversee both internal and third-party tools that facilitate promotional and transactional content across various channels such as email, push notifications, SMS, and in-app communications. As the primary liaison between Marketing and our Growth Product & Engineering teams, you will identify and prioritize product requirements, ensuring that resources are allocated to address the most critical business challenges. You will also be responsible for product and feature adoption, developing processes, training, and documentation to enable Marketing teams to fully leverage our Marketing Platforms. Reporting to the Director of Marketing Technology within the Growth Marketing team, you will play a pivotal role in driving the evolution of our marketing operations and governance processes, ensuring consistent and efficient execution across all marketing activities.
