About the position

The Senior Manager of Growth Marketing at Iron Mountain is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies aimed at driving customer acquisition and enhancing brand awareness. This role is pivotal in shaping the company's growth marketing efforts, focusing on high-intent traffic and significant growth in key performance metrics. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a robust growth marketing strategy focusing on driving high-intent traffic, increasing customer acquisition, engagement, and retention, and building brand awareness.
  • Oversee the design, launch, and management of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, paid social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of campaign performance and customer behavior using tools such as Google Analytics and HubSpot.
  • Manage relationships with external marketing consultants and vendors, ensuring alignment with marketing goals.
  • Perform in-depth market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
  • Work closely with product, sales, customer success, and operations teams to align marketing strategies with broader company goals.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, preferably in a high-growth or startup environment.
  • Proven track record in developing and executing successful multi-channel marketing strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools such as Google Analytics and HubSpot.
  • Expertise in SEO, SEM, paid social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage marketing budgets effectively.
  • Excellent project management skills with the capability to prioritize and handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.
