About the position

The Senior Manager of Growth Marketing at Iron Mountain is a pivotal role focused on developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. This position is crucial for expanding the company's customer base and enhancing market impact, particularly in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a robust growth marketing strategy focusing on driving high-intent traffic, increasing customer acquisition, engagement, and retention, and building brand awareness.
  • Oversee the design, launch, and management of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, paid social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Implement A/B testing and other optimization techniques to maximize campaign performance.
  • Analyze data to provide actionable insights and adjust strategies in real-time.
  • Manage relationships with external marketing consultants and vendors, ensuring alignment with marketing goals.
  • Perform in-depth market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
  • Work closely with product, sales, customer success, and operations teams to align marketing strategies with broader company goals.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, preferably in a high-growth or startup environment.
  • Proven track record in developing and executing successful multi-channel marketing strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.
  • Expertise in SEO, SEM, paid social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage marketing budgets effectively.
  • Excellent project management skills with the capability to prioritize and handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Experience in planning and executing events such as webinars, conferences, and trade shows.
