About the position

The Sr. Manager, Growth Marketing at Saks OFF 5TH is responsible for managing and growing the paid social and affiliate marketing channels. This role requires a highly analytical and creative individual who can develop and execute marketing strategies, build partnerships, and optimize campaigns and budgets. The position emphasizes collaboration with internal teams and external partners to enhance customer experience and drive business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement paid social & affiliate strategies to achieve business goals across the funnel
  • Manage and optimize paid social campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, and others
  • Create long-term, trusting relationships with affiliate publishers to identify and implement strategic revenue, traffic, and customer acquisition opportunities
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging and effective ad creatives and copy
  • Work closely with the organic social team on influencer/creator strategy across paid social and affiliate channels
  • Measure performance using platform and attribution tools to optimize strategy and improve performance
  • Provide regular reports and actionable insights to stakeholders
  • Manage channel-level budgets, forecasting, and pacing that ladders up to the budget and goals
  • Conduct A/B testing and other optimization techniques to improve campaign performance
  • Make strategic recommendations on budget, campaign structure, and creative
  • Work closely with the broader marketing team to ensure alignment and integration of paid social & affiliate efforts with other marketing initiatives
  • Manage internal direct reports as well as agency partners

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field
  • 6+ years of performance marketing experience at an agency, retailer, or DTC company
  • Highly analytical mindset with an understanding of acquisition funnel, economics, and profitability levers
  • Deep expertise with key platforms including Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, etc., with hands-on experience
  • Understanding of best practices in campaign bid strategies, conversion events, and pixel-based tracking
  • Subject matter expertise in affiliate marketing focused on growth within retail/fashion
  • Excellent Excel knowledge and experience with analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics
  • Ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights
  • Strong communication skills across all levels of the organization
  • Creative mindset with strategic thinking and tactical execution abilities
  • Strong partner or client management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
