About the position

The Sr. Manager - Growth Marketing will lead the development and execution of targeted marketing strategies aimed at driving awareness and generating demand for Digital Realty's services in the Americas. This role is essential for aligning global marketing strategies with local market needs, ensuring integrated campaigns that resonate with specific regional audiences. The position requires strong leadership, analytical skills, and the ability to foster cross-functional collaboration to enhance the opportunity pipeline and bookings for the sales team.

Responsibilities

  • Spearhead integrated content and campaign initiatives tailored to specific regional target accounts and personas.
  • Adapt global marketing strategies to local contexts, optimizing content and campaigns for various AMER markets.
  • Lead the development and execution of targeted Field Marketing, ABM, Sales Plays, and PDx Use Case campaigns.
  • Ensure alignment of Americas campaign strategies with Digital Realty's business goals and strategies.
  • Foster strong relationships with internal teams, including global/regional marketing, BDRs, sales, product management, and operations.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in marketing, focusing on growth and digital marketing strategies.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
  • Proven project management skills, including setting goals and coordinating with teams.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills for data interpretation and decision-making.
  • Proven leadership abilities with experience in managing and developing a team.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with Marketo, PowerBI, DemandBase, Outreach, and Salesforce is desired.
  • Creative thinking skills to develop innovative marketing solutions.
  • Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced and changing environment.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in the technology or data center industry.
  • Knowledge of account-based marketing (ABM) strategies.
