The Sr. Manager, Human Resources leads and coordinates the global HR activities including the effective implementation of human resources (HR) initiatives, policies, and procedures. This individual also provides oversight of third-party administrators to ensure global consistency and compliance and coordinates global HR communications. The HR leader efficiently manages multiple projects and regions simultaneously, works collaboratively with others as a team to execute strategic plans and offers thoughtful solutions and alternatives. The Sr. Manager of human resources must be able to effectively communicate with all levels of leadership as well as the uLab workforce. This role touches every facet of human resources such as: payroll and benefits administration, employee relations, compensation analysis, 401k oversight and other compliance projects.
