About the position

The Senior Manager, Implementation Delivery at ADP Lyric HCM is responsible for leading a team of 10-12 members to deliver high-quality Human Capital Management (HCM) implementations that exceed client expectations. This role involves managing client relationships, overseeing project teams, and ensuring that client requirements are met within project deadlines and budgets. The position requires strong leadership, project management skills, and the ability to build relationships with internal partners to drive best practices and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team to deliver quality HCM implementations that exceed client expectations.
• Manage client relationships and ensure project teams deliver client requirements on time and within budget.
• Build relationships with internal partners to support best practices and continuous improvement.
• Provide overall direction and prioritize critical issues for the team.
• Mentor and train team members, providing continuous feedback on performance.
• Represent ADP in client engagements and oversee implementation execution.
• Conduct regular project reviews to ensure adherence to standards and client satisfaction.
• Manage HR-related activities for the team, including staffing and development.

Requirements

• At least five years of experience in HCM Implementations, Consulting, Payroll, or HR.
• At least three years of direct people leadership experience.
• Ability to travel up to 15%.

Nice-to-haves

• Proficiency and in-depth knowledge of ADP HCM products.
• Full professional proficiency in Spanish, written and verbal.
• Experience leading teams in a virtual/hybrid environment.
