About the position

The Senior Manager, Implementation Delivery at ADP Lyric HCM is responsible for leading a team of 10-12 members to ensure high-quality Human Capital Management (HCM) implementations that meet and exceed client expectations. This role involves managing client relationships, overseeing project teams, and driving continuous improvement within the implementation process. The Senior Manager will report directly to the Implementation Portfolio Director and play a crucial role in maintaining ADP's service reputation and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team to deliver quality HCM implementations that exceed client expectations.
• Manage client relationships and ensure project teams meet client requirements within deadlines and budget.
• Establish direction for daily activities and coach team members for professional development.
• Conduct regular project reviews to ensure adherence to standards and client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal partners to drive best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Optimize resources and staffing for maximum productivity and efficiency.
• Serve as a first and second tier escalation contact for clients.

Requirements

• At least five years of experience in HCM Implementations, Consulting, Payroll, or HR.
• At least three years of direct people leadership experience.
• Ability to travel up to 15%.

Nice-to-haves

• Proficiency and in-depth knowledge of ADP HCM products.
• Full professional proficiency in Spanish, written and verbal.
• Experience leading teams in a virtual/hybrid environment.
