About The Position
The Senior Manager, Implementation Delivery at ADP Lyric HCM is responsible for leading a team of 10-12 members to ensure high-quality Human Capital Management (HCM) implementations that meet and exceed client expectations. This role involves managing client relationships, overseeing project teams, and driving continuous improvement within the implementation process. The Senior Manager will report directly to the Implementation Portfolio Director and play a crucial role in maintaining ADP's service reputation and client satisfaction.
