About The Position
The Senior Manager, Implementation Delivery at ADP Lyric HCM is responsible for leading a team of 10-12 members to deliver high-quality Human Capital Management (HCM) implementations that exceed client expectations. This role involves managing client relationships, overseeing project teams, and ensuring that client requirements are met within deadlines and budgets. The Senior Manager will also focus on continuous improvement and best practices within the implementation organization, while fostering a collaborative and inclusive team environment.
