About the position

The Senior Manager, Indirect Sourcing for Marketing, Content & Creative Services at L'Oréal is responsible for developing and implementing sourcing strategies, managing supplier relationships, and identifying cost-saving initiatives. This role involves close collaboration with various teams to enhance supplier quality and optimize performance across L'Oréal USA. The position offers opportunities for professional growth through training and networking in a dynamic marketing and advertising environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sourcing strategies for content and creative services.
• Manage supplier relationships and ensure adherence to sourcing best practices.
• Identify and implement cost savings initiatives while improving supplier quality.
• Collaborate with US Sourcing, Business Partners, and brand teams to support key initiatives.
• Enhance business skills through training and networking opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, Marketing, or a similar discipline.
• 7+ years of purchasing experience, preferably in strategic sourcing and category management or at a Media/Advertising/Digital Agency.
• High degree of financial and analytical aptitude.
• Excellent influencing and negotiating skills.
• Strong Excel and MS Office skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Nice-to-haves

• Ability to develop a strategic Point of View on social media e-commerce and emerging platforms.
• Understanding of the media agency and ad tech ecosystem (Ad Serving, DSPs, SSPs).
• Understanding of CRM technical ecosystem and tactical implementation with Business Service Providers.
