About the position

The Senior Manager of Innovation Marketing at Glanbia Performance Nutrition is responsible for driving both short-term and long-term growth across the Innovation platforms. This role involves collaboration with various departments to develop and launch new products that align with market trends and consumer insights, ensuring successful integration with brand messaging.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of the brand pipeline in alignment with overall business and brand objectives.
  • Manage the execution of the brand pipeline, overseeing timing, proposition, and channel delivery.
  • Identify emerging food trends, market gaps, and consumer insights to inform product development and marketing initiatives.
  • Drive end-to-end proposition development from concept to new product launches, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market plans, ensuring integration with overall brand messaging across different channels.
  • Work closely with R&D to understand product capabilities and unique selling propositions.
  • Collaborate with Sales to create effective sales enablement tools and ensure successful product launches.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of propositions and platforms.
  • Analyze performance and consumer feedback to optimize and iterate propositions.

Requirements

  • 6-8 years' experience in Food or Beverage; Supplements experience preferred.
  • Proven experience in leading and launching new product innovation in both fuzzy front end and close in innovation.
  • Experience leading multiple cross-functional teams towards shared execution in a condensed timeframe.
  • Experience moving innovation through a matrix organization at a rapid pace.
  • Experience managing a brand or innovation team with P&L responsibility.
