Responsibilities

- Customize communications for each business unit while maintaining brand voice.
- Create engaging initiatives to keep employees connected to the company's mission.
- Lead communications during company changes to keep employees informed and empowered.
- Collaborate with HR, DE&I, and business leaders to align messaging and enhance employee experience.
- Implement tools to measure the effectiveness of communication strategies.
Requirements
- 7+ years of internal communications experience, preferably in a large company.
- Strong writing and storytelling skills.
- Ability to target and personalize messaging for a large audience.
- Experience with various communication platforms and trends.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Strong leadership abilities to lead cross-functional teams.
- Comfortable managing communications in a matrixed environment.
