About the position

The Senior Manager, IT Audit & Advisory at Warner Bros. Discovery plays a pivotal role in enhancing the company's transformation efforts and contributing to business strategies. This position involves leading IT audit and advisory projects, developing project plans, executing audits, and delivering insights to improve IT processes and mitigate risks. The role requires strong leadership, effective communication, and the ability to build relationships across various levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Lead IT audit and advisory projects with a strategic mindset.
  • Develop expertise as a subject matter expert in designated IT process areas.
  • Align technology audits with enterprise risks and organizational objectives.
  • Prepare and present insightful analyses and reports to senior leaders.
  • Assess the design and effectiveness of controls over application processes and IT infrastructure.
  • Engage in effective change management processes and present the need for change.
  • Manage a team of technical auditors to oversee audit activities and deliver high-quality reports.
  • Mentor team members to develop strong problem-solving skills.
  • Plan and execute concurrent IT and integrated audits in various areas.
  • Leverage specialized software and tools to enhance audit processes.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in IT Audit, Management Consulting, or related fields.
  • Strong organizational planning and process management skills.
  • Proven leadership in managing comprehensive audit plans.
  • Exceptional people management and mentoring skills.
  • Experience assessing IT processes and internal controls.
  • Ability to develop actionable solutions and recommendations.
  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate trends and assess risks.
  • BA/BS/MS in Technology, Information Systems, or related field preferred.
  • Professional audit certifications (CISA, CISSP, CISM) preferred.
  • Fluent in English.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with data analysis and visualization tools (PowerBI, Tableau).
  • Knowledge of agile audit principles and methodologies.
  • Understanding of the media & entertainment industry.
