About the position

At Schwab, you're empowered to make an impact on your career. Here, innovative thought meets creative problem solving, helping us "challenge the status quo" and transform the finance industry together. In this role, you will collaborate with the Product Owner on the Hyperscience Platform to establish a vision and execution strategy for the scrum team. This involves actively engaging in scrum ceremonies and providing feedback on sprint goals and achievements. You will participate in scrum ceremonies and drive the refinement of user stories, helping to lead and develop the product backlog as well as the user stories backlog for implementation. You will partner with the scrum team, which includes developers, QA, and the scrum master, to execute on sprint goals and Program Increment (PI) commitments. Your role will involve highlighting product features and explaining user stories in a manner that is clearly understandable to the development team. Additionally, you will gather and document requirements as user stories, translating business and functional requirements into technical requirements. Coordinating development, testing, and implementation of solutions with technology partners will be a key part of your responsibilities. Supporting users post-deployment, you will identify issues and drive resolution with our technology partners. You will supervise the progress of product development and assist with product release planning and testing.
