About the position
The Senior Manager of Learning Experience Design at Chegg is responsible for leading a team focused on transforming educational technology and enhancing the learning experience for students. This role involves building and scaling innovative products and services that engage modern learners, while fostering a collaborative environment within the Learning Experience team and across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Learning Experience Design team to achieve strategic goals.
- Develop and implement innovative learning strategies across Chegg's product ecosystem.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, UX Designers, and Instructional Designers to create engaging learning experiences.
- Analyze user feedback and learning outcomes to continuously improve educational products.
- Drive initiatives that promote a culture of transparency and fast feedback within the team.
Requirements
- Proven experience in learning experience design or a related field.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing teams effectively.
- Experience in developing and scaling educational products and services.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to analyze data and user feedback to inform design decisions.
