About the position

The Senior Manager role at LyondellBasell is pivotal in driving excellence in corporate financial analysis, reporting, and governance. This position focuses on the Global Long Range Plan (LRP) process and the implementation of the OneStream strategy, providing insightful analysis and support to leadership. The Senior Manager will lead initiatives to enhance financial planning and analysis processes, ensuring data-driven insights are integrated into strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Global Long Range Plan (LRP) process and support the annual performance plan process.
• Develop and implement corporate and business predictive analytics and artificial intelligence forecasting models.
• Manage the implementation of the OneStream strategy and the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Operating Model transformation.
• Provide in-depth financial and economic analysis to support Board meetings and corporate strategy development.
• Mentor and provide professional development opportunities to analysts, fostering a high-performance team environment.
• Facilitate effective communication between cross-functional stakeholders to ensure standardized data-driven insights.
• Assist in the development of the company's enterprise driver model for scenario analysis and modeling.
• Standardize, streamline, and prioritize improvements in the finance organization to enhance reporting reliability and efficiency.

Requirements

• Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related business degree with ideally 12+ years of relevant FP&A, corporate finance, or analytical experience.
• CFA/CPA/MBA preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of OneStream is desirable.
• Expertise in the chemical industry or manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and experience in financial data modeling and econometrics are a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
