About the position

LifeVantage is seeking a dynamic Sr. Manager Marketing Communications with expertise in CRM management, email strategy, and global marketing automation. This role will focus on driving customer retention by creating cohesive, personalized communication strategies. The Sr. Manager will oversee customer journeys across all global markets, leveraging HubSpot to build impactful email communications and automations.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of global email and SMS marketing and automation strategies to enhance customer engagement, retention, and loyalty.
  • Manage HubSpot operations, including building workflows, customer segmentation, and performance reporting.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product Marketing, IT, Finance, and Supply Chain to create segmented communication plans that accomplish goals for cross-functional projects, while ensuring consistent messaging and delivery.
  • Own the global communications calendar for all customer communications, aligning with broader marketing and business goals.
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide data-driven recommendations for continuous optimization.
  • Oversee the design and content of email templates, working closely with creative teams to maintain brand standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
  • 5+ years in CRM management, email marketing, or related roles, preferably in global markets.
  • Proven experience with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms, managing and executing email campaigns.
  • Exceptional copywriting and editing skills with an eye for detail.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Experience managing cross-functional communication initiatives.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze metrics and optimize for performance.
  • Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.

  • Experience in the wellness or direct sales industry.
