About the position

The Sr. Manager, Marketing is a strategic role responsible for driving lead generation, promotional activities, and the development of sales collateral across web and social media channels. This position is pivotal in shaping Precision AQ's marketing strategy, enhancing brand visibility, and optimizing marketing channels to achieve business growth. The Sr. Manager, Marketing will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Business Development, product development, and executive leadership to ensure cohesive and effective marketing initiatives. In this role, you will develop and implement comprehensive lead generation strategies to drive high-quality leads. You will utilize channel and CRM analytics to track lead generation performance and optimize campaigns. Collaboration with the inside sales team is essential to ensure seamless lead handoff and follow-up processes. Additionally, you will oversee and manage all digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, LinkedIn advertising, and email marketing, crafting and executing compelling promotional content tailored for various digital platforms. Monitoring and analyzing digital campaign performance metrics will provide actionable insights for continuous improvement. You will also be responsible for the management and maintenance of the Precisionaq.com website, ensuring it is user-friendly, up-to-date, and optimized for search. Implementing best practices for SEO to increase organic traffic and improve search engine rankings is crucial. Analyzing website performance using tools like Google Analytics and providing recommendations for enhancements will be part of your responsibilities. Furthermore, you will develop and maintain a comprehensive content calendar that aligns with marketing objectives and business goals, coordinating the creation, approval, and distribution of content across various channels to ensure consistency and alignment with the overall marketing strategy. Supporting the development of the annual strategic marketing plan, including details on marketing tactics, messages, channels, and responsible parties, will be a key aspect of your role. You will develop channel-specific strategies that ladder up to the overarching marketing strategy, ensuring a cohesive approach across all marketing efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive lead generation strategies to drive high-quality leads.

Requirements

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in marketing with a focus on lead generation, digital marketing, and content management.
  • Experience in the healthcare/pharma industry preferred.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms, including CRM and marketing automation systems.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, but also adept at creativity and innovation.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or other related field.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in healthcare/pharma industry.
  • Proficiency with CMS; HubSpot preferred.
  • Experience with search engine marketing tools (e.g. Semrush).
  • Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Understanding and experience with project management platforms (Asana, Workfront, Teams, etc).
