About the position

The Sr. Manager, Marketing Operations (PMRT) role is focused on coordinating the Medical/Regulatory/Legal (MLR) review process within the life sciences sector. This position is essential for ensuring compliance and adherence to processes among all committee stakeholders, facilitating the promotional review process, and providing feedback based on various metrics and observations. The role requires strong project management skills and the ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders to ensure efficient material approvals and training.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the MLR (Medical/Regulatory/Legal review) process ensuring compliance and process adherence.
  • Facilitate, plan, and prioritize the promotional review process.
  • Provide feedback to stakeholders and management based on training and reporting metrics.
  • Organize and execute the MLR review and approval of promotional materials.
  • Create and update MLR submission processes documentation for assigned region and brand(s).
  • Guide stakeholders through the MLR lifecycle and provide continuous education on processes.
  • Schedule and facilitate MLR team meetings, ensuring materials are prioritized.
  • Support MLR material submissions to the Vault and manage circulation of materials for review.
  • Monitor and manage materials in the approval queue for efficiency.
  • Track MLR reviewer comments and elicit necessary revisions from stakeholders.
  • Coordinate final approvals with the Regulatory department and support OPDP submission process.
  • Train new employees and vendors on the MLR process and Vault usage.
  • Maintain Veeva Vault content, including task re-assignments and running reports.
  • Provide administrative and project support as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and 5+ years work experience required.
  • Experience in marketing operations or a creative agency.
  • Experience in a regulated industry (Pharmaceuticals, Finance, Medical Device, etc.).
  • Global experience is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and focus on data accuracy.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience managing multiple projects with various internal stakeholders.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Experience communicating directly with customers is preferred.
  • Ability to work with individuals in different functional areas.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and multi-task.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in a global marketing environment.
  • Familiarity with Veeva Vault or similar systems.
