About the position

The Sr. Manager, Marketing Program Management & Operations at Abbott will lead the marketing operations for Lingo, a division focused on consumer biowearables. This role is crucial for scaling the marketing organization, enhancing operational processes, and ensuring effective collaboration across various functions to meet the demands of a rapidly growing business.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee vendor/agency relations, including onboarding, contracting, and payments.
  • Manage the marketing budget, coordinating with the CMO and Leads for resource allocation and adherence.
  • Streamline the Medical, Legal, and Regulatory (MLR) review processes to reduce workload on marketers.
  • Develop and implement operational processes to improve efficiency and collaboration within the marketing organization.
  • Foster collaboration and communication between marketing and key functions such as Product, Commerce, Legal, Medical Affairs, Procurement, and Finance.
  • Coordinate cross-functional projects and initiatives to ensure alignment and successful execution of strategic objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
  • Minimum 10 years of progressively responsible marketing experience.
  • Ability to work in a highly matrixed and geographically diverse business environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at multiple levels in the organization.
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills, with attention to detail.
