The Sr. Manager of Marketing Program Management & Operations at Abbott will play a crucial role in scaling the marketing organization for Lingo, Abbott's innovative consumer biowearables division. This position is designed for a marketing operations leader who will enhance team collaboration and operational efficiency to meet the demands of a rapidly growing business. The successful candidate will oversee various aspects of marketing operations, including agency relations, resource management, and the creative review process, ensuring that the marketing team can deliver high-quality work on time and within budget. In this role, the manager will be responsible for overseeing vendor and agency relations, which includes onboarding, contracting, and payments. This will involve close collaboration with key stakeholders across Finance, Procurement, and Legal to establish effective processes and best practices. Additionally, the manager will handle marketing budget management, coordinating with the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) and other leads to facilitate budget allocation and ensure adherence to financial plans. The position also requires operationalizing and streamlining the Medical, Legal, and Regulatory (MLR) review processes. This includes building a team to alleviate the workload on marketers and collaborating with stakeholders to find efficient solutions. The manager will develop and implement operational processes that enhance overall workflows, improve efficiency, and increase collaboration within the marketing organization. Cross-functional collaboration is a key aspect of this role, as the manager will need to foster effective communication between marketing and other key functions such as Product, Commerce, Legal, Medical Affairs, Procurement, and Finance. The manager will also coordinate cross-functional projects and initiatives, ensuring alignment and successful execution of strategic objectives while building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including senior executives and vendors.
